President & CEO

Jennifer Baker is president and CEO of CREDC, where she leads the development and execution of business attraction and community engagement efforts. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies and modern languages from Pacific University and a master’s degree in international policy studies from Monterey Institute of International Studies.

Clint Hendricks

Vice President of Business Development

Clint Hendricks is the VP of Business Development for CREDC and is responsible for managing all business recruitment, retention and expansion activities. Clint holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Julia Krivoruk

APEX Accelerator Advisor

Julia is an APEX Accelerator Advisor for CREDC and is responsible for assisting small businesses interested in public procurement opportunities as a channel for business growth. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree from Seattle University. Julia is passionate about assisting small business growth in the greater Clark County with a focus on veterans, minority, and women owned businesses.

Ilana Cour

Business Development Manager

Ilana is the Business Development Manager at CREDC and is responsible for business retention and expansion for existing businesses. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Affairs from WSU-Vancouver and an MBA from Western Governors University. She is passionate about fostering productive connections and relationships that support our community.

Eliyah Eells

Senior Communications Manager

Eliyah Eells is the Sr. Communications Manager at CREDC and is responsible for investor and media communications. Eliyah holds a bachelor’s degree in social studies from Washington State University Vancouver. She is passionate about fostering clear communication.

Angie is the Programs and Operations Analyst at the Columbia River Economic Development Council (CREDC). She manages program logistics, supports event execution, and streamlines operations to drive economic growth in Clark County. With a deep connection to Southwest Washington, Angie is passionate about helping businesses thrive and contributing to a prosperous and inclusive community.
