Request for Proposals: Reset & Recovery 2021 Projects

As the State of Washington’s designated Economic Development Organization for Clark County, one of CREDC’s key functions is to lead business retention and expansion strategies that support and promote commercial resiliency. In alignment with the Department of Commerce Sponsorship Disaster Response Relief Fund, CREDC will be leveraging digital storytelling and gap analysis to promote equitable COVID-19 business recovery, resiliency, and innovation in the region. To that end, we have the following RFPs open now through May 14, 2021.

Reset & Recovery 2021: Digital Business Innovation & Resiliency Campaign

CREDC is seeking a creative agency with experience in a variety of digital storytelling media, including but not limited to website development, and video and graphic design. Specifically, to deploy the following digital projects:

  • Digital video shorts campaign

  • Update to existing footage on our landing page

  • Custom digital resources landing page for entrepreneurs

Scope of Work
Deliverable 1: Design and develop a web page on our existing platform that offers a graphically pleasing, orderly, and easy-to-navigate layout of information for entrepreneurs in the planning and early stage of business. Website content and site map provided by CREDC. The site will continue to be hosted by CREDC after project completion.

Deliverable 2: Two-minute professional-quality videos (3-6 total) delivering high-resolution storytelling to be published and promoted on our website. Specific video requests will be provided by CREDC.

Budget & Deadline
Billable rates are not to exceed $40,000 for the full scope of work. Content capture must be invoiced and executed by June 30th, 2021. Direct questions and submit proposals to CREDC’s Director of Business Relationships & Strategy Marnie Farness by May 14, 2021.

Reset & Recovery 2021: Clark County Business Resources Gap Analysis Project

CREDC is seeking an experienced strategy professional to conduct a business resources gap analysis with a visual presentation of findings (possibilities could include an infographic, series of images, bulleted narrative, or other). From this analysis, CREDC staff will identify resources that provide complementarity to existing support in our broader efforts to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Scope of Work
Deliverable 1: Customized strategic-level gap analysis highlighting the available business and entrepreneurial resources that exist in Clark County to identify regional strengths and weaknesses.

Deliverable 2: Customized collateral map visually displaying the gap analysis data.

Budget & Deadline
Billable rates are not to exceed $5,000 for the full scope of work. All analyses must be invoiced and completed by June 30th, 2021. Direct questions and submit proposals to CREDC’s Director of Business Relationships & Strategy Marnie Farness by May 14, 2021.
