The Columbia River Economic Development Council (CREDC) is the leading economic development organization for Clark County, working to advance the economic vitality of the region through business growth and innovation. CREDC’s mission is to develop a strong, innovative business environment across Clark County in collaboration with over 150 private and public sector partners.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
CREDC is the State of Washington’s designated economic development organization for Clark County. Two of our key functions are:
• Supporting local education partners
• Serving incoming and existing businesses
We will be implementing a social media campaign consisting of 10 digital decks (tiles, infographics) to showcase how Clark County education providers and businesses are developing key workforce attributes.
SERVICES REQUIRED
CREDC is seeking a creative agency with experience in a variety of digital storytelling media, including but not limited to video and graphic design.
SCOPE OF WORK
Creatively design 10 digital asset sets featuring skills from the list our Support People Committee has assembled. The goal of the assets is to inform Clark County community members about the great work Educators and Businesses are doing to develop the skills of the future, and present, workforce.
PROJECT BUDGET AND TIMELINE
Submitted proposals must include a budget, with a breakdown per task and each team member’s billable rates not to exceed $10,000. Campaign launch no later than the week of August 29, 2022.
